How do you ship?
In the PotatoPro Shop, PotatoPro has brought together a wide range of products of interest to the potato industry from a range of suppliers all around the world. If you order a product in the PotatoPro Shop, in most cases it will be shipped to you directly from the supplier.

When do you ship?
Many of the products offered in our shop are normally held in stock at our suppliers. Other products or specific versions are build to order. The "Product Question & Answers" section will provide additional information for each product. At time of order we can provide you with an estimate of expected lead time. Products need to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Where do you ship to?
Our objective is to deliver our products anywhere in the world. However due to restrictions by suppliers or carriers our products are not available in all countries. Many of those shipping limitations are implemented in the shop, so you can not place the order. In case we overlooked a limitation and you order a product a supplier/carrier will not ship to your location, a full refund applies. We do not ship to PO boxes, a street address is required.

Which carriers do you use and what are the rates?
Standard shipping methods include Fedex and Canada Post. Typically, shipments are tracked. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. Shipping rates are calculated during the shopping process based on the products ordered and your location. Occasionally a manual calculation is required. For large products a specific freight quote may need to be requested.

What about local taxes, import duties and other charges?
Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. The shipping origin of a product is listed in the product information under the tab "Product Question and Answers"

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone. Typically, our products can not be returned. If there is a problem, we will work with you and the supplier to come to a satisfactory solution.

Books
Please note that most of our books are ordered, paid and delivered through Amazon. Amazon policies apply.

Electronic delivery
We aim to deliver digital products within 48 hours. However this may sometimes be longer due to unforeseen circumstances
